I’m not sure what you mean, academics study racism in academia all the time. Here’s just one study in 2021 about the lack of black physicians, just from googling racism academia study. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8357067/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8357067/

  These US universities are systematically racist in their admission practices. The university administration openly admit this too. What I mean is the racism accusation is a total charade as long as the majority of those purporting to call attention to the problem in one place are actually in support in another. None of the authors have protested the systematic racism in the institution they work for. None of them have resigned in protest to support all the Asian students that are discriminated against. They're completely silent on the issue. The study you linked has nothing to do with Stanford's discrimination against students either. I'm not American but if I understand it correctly their supreme court might soon force the universities to end racial discrimination. Which will also mean that it's sadly unlikely the majority of students and staff will ever come to their own conclusion about how and why racism is categorically wrong. They really should know better.

Producer Dick Wolf's five Law & Order shows similarly taught us over two decades that the "wealthy CEO" or "high-powered corporate lawyer" is always guilty, and the large companies they own/work for are just as crooked. The only upscale demographic that is never the criminal is the famous TV-show producer.
