Soviet Russia did abolish many borders, police forces and militaries... To enforce their own :) So far I've met two types of far-left. Flat-out authoritarians. Or „non-authoritarians“ who stay silent on implementation of their ideas. Probably because their ideas can be implemented (and, more importantly, kept in place) either authoritarian methods. Or full support in society, which is unrealistic.
