- Tehnix 3y agoThe main problem is probably that you will not find a “regular Engineer” knowing this unless they’ve had to deal with scaling issues on a DB (e.g. high IOPS etc). The knowledge is definitely out there, but almost all articles will be reaching for UUIDs, so this is understandably what most people end up with :/
