Who said any of these llc owners live in Delaware? They may but not necessarily. Also, we’ve long had the concept of having only one residence. You may own property in multiple places but you are only a resident of one. You may be a tax resident of multiple places but you are only a resident of one. Anything else IS anti-democratic as it favors the fortunate over the common person.
