It sounds like people who have absolute pitch are a little worse at relative pitch than normal?
- coliveira 3y agoRelative and absolute pitch are orthogonal. A person with absolute pitch needs to practice relative pitch. So, this is not necessarily the case. However, people with absolute pitch have far easier time reading notation, which may result in less familiarity with relative pitch.
