When I moved to London ~18 years ago I lived with White South Africans and got to know them and their friends. All were in the UK to get ancestry passports to let them into Australia. All but one eventually moved to Australia, and that one went back to SA. He’s no longer alive. Seems they all knew the writing was on the wall even back then.
