We have totally debased selling out. Back in my day Enron energy traders got a $50k bonus for turning off the power to "Grandma Millie" and making their bosses millions. Now a Gen Z kid would do it for only $1k! To be fair in the old days they were considered human scum, but the bar for that has really fallen in the last couple of decades.
