At 5:20 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4dka29FSZac&t=5m20s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4dka29FSZac&t=5m20s ), you can listen to the CEO briefly discuss his hiring preferences. The Youtuber is surprisingly understanding, considering he's the exact demographic OceanGate seems to look down on. But I guess this passivity is why discriminatory comments like this are socially acceptable to say out loud.
