The worst thing that you can do is to do things that have no meaning. That is, when you look back, will you be proud/happy about what you did, or will you even be able to pick out anything specific that you did? If you do things with friends, snap a few pictures. If you binge-watch a tv show, watch it with someone else and then discuss it later. Then it becomes part of a relationship, not just empty entertainment. If you do sports/exercise, do it with a goal in mind. If you write code, write something that you can share with others, either by making it open source (or contributing to an open source project) or by making the results available to others (and thereby creating a "portfolio" project). Whatever you do, make it memorable. It doesn't have to be big and impressive, it just has to have some meaning to you.
