- powerbroker 3y agoHaving written over 3,000 patent claims, I can tell you this. A way to avoid getting tangled up in this is to avoid using a 'synoptic display' and its equivalents. All claims are limited using this language. Happy innovating! and good luck!

- bastawhiz 3y agoSome really basic searching seems to reveal that the company that holds the patent seems to be a small-time patent troll. Which is unsurprising given the patent.
