(just this among others) Considering how (russian) soldiers are sent in battle in this -war-, an civilians (any type, russian-speaking and russian-oriented included) and put under undiscriminate fire in those areas, the above statement is senseless.
High-level politicians in Russia seems to not care this at all.
(About analysis) A deluge of data can hide truth as a deluge of water can cover a land.
