What you wrote is factually true, but a lot of businesses do handle complaints through them and I have personally had luck where other avenues have failed. Mayb

What you wrote is factually true, but a lot of businesses do handle complaints through them and I have personally had luck where other avenues have failed. Maybe I am a little too moneyball but if they get on base they are good with me.
