I thought this was sarcasm at first but I’m genuinely not sure now: Do you truly believe shoplifters are easily and often prosecuted, let alone convicted? Personally, I’ve never seen or heard of a single person have any repercussions for shoplifting, and I’ve seen a _lot_ of shoplifting in Seattle.
