That's a nice routine, but the alarm going off sounds to me like pulling out the power cable while the hard drive is defragmenting or while the OS is applying updates.

- elendee 3y agoall depends on the alarm. I took the time to find a gentle one and it's probably why I nap a lot more often now. There's still the danger of it putting my day to a dead stop but quite often it feels like a net good. Also sleep on the floor to help prevent a deep sleep
