- sashank_1509 3y agoYeah I honestly want to know if this time is any different or are they just going to keep predicting this every few years and china rebounds with no long lasting issues
- mc32 3y agoIt's been said many times that the local state budget girding RE development boom would eventually crash --that was a while ago. Still has not imploded systematically. Maybe this time will be different, as they tend to say.
