Why overlook unionization as a solution to the Capital-Labor power imbalance?
- einhverfr 15y agoThe problem is the Capital-Labor divide, not the imbalance. If you are going to look to unionization as a primary solution (rather than a solution of last resort) tackle this problem like they do in Germany: make sure the union has access to the business's financial records, and a seat on the board of directors.
