I thought the same at first, but forcing one additional scope level / layer of indentation for each disposable resource ends up looking a lot like "callback hell", with deeply nested code. I've seen that in Python many times. I like the thoughtfulness of Typescript, not going for the naive solution but trying to see how it will scale.
