Well given the story is from a US News Site, talking about a US law firm, about arbitration happening in the US, it seems the laws of the US are what is in play here, and in the US we do have at will employment.
- wholinator2 3y agoI keep finding conflicting information on this. It looks to me like all 50 states do have at-will employement, except when they don't. Which appears to be a long list of strange and specific exemptions. Do we know what jurisdiction these firings occurred under and whether anyone has an actual case due to these exemptions?
