- brucethemoose2 3y agoThis is actually good, and I am no MAGA hat wearer. There are many bits I take issue with, such as this, as someone who started the pandemic in Texas and "ended" it in Florida: > Meanwhile, Texas and Florida, which largely remained open and avoided draconian lockdowns, seem to have made out OK But overall its a good, brief story about how important institutions have largely failed the public with miscommunication, bad decisions, and (in the new's case) shameless bandwagoning to get views.
- babelthuap 3y agoI thought I was a somewhat normal person outside of one lesson I learned from spending a couple decades in the military and that's NEVER trust the government and their controlled media under any circumstance. And especially don't trust them when they are demanding you do. Once they start demanding it that's when you know things are about to get really bad. The kicker though is when they start handing out free money. RUN like hell.
