  > Potentially, the role of office stints as de facto schools where employees can learn and keep fresh a view of their skills, task, product, and company, just can’t be replaced. And this will be the downfall of remote. Well maybe it should be more explicit, where the office is literally an employee school and meeting place first and foremost. I think many "engineer" types would accept some mandatory, but infrequent and planned in-office blocks followed by exclusive remote work.
