Weirdly, a NASA official says fixed-price contracts do the agency “no good”
- Simulacra 3y agoThey are probably thinking more long-term, about when they leave NASA and go to work for those contractors in the private sector.
- c_o_n_v_e_x 3y agoFixed price is bad for customers who cant make up their minds and or want to continuously fiddle with requirements.
