I use Zoho Books for invoicing, payments and bookeeping. I have payment gateways that allow for payment via PayPal and Stripe. (I actually use a Zoho One license that provisions a license to every product they offer. For a solo freelancer it works out well, covering virtually every base for a small business like mine.)
