You have a good thing going. I actually don't disagree with your advice, I disagree with how you are phrasing it. And also with generalizing your own experience as a seeming moral imperative to everyone else.
> No one forced me.
Very few people are being forced. That isn't what the disagreement is about.
Should people criticize you about your lack of will with respect to parts of your life that aren't ideal?? This is what the pushback is about, the inherent criticism of your comment.
In general people are more open to advice that is phrased as "this is what I did and it worked for me, it might work for you", and less open to advice that is phrased as "this is the one correct key thing and anyone who pays attention to other factors is in the wrong".
- theGeatZhopa 3y agoNo offense. The formula is just that easy. In the 90ies there have been cases of starved half naked people found laying in the sun on gras in, as I remember, Switzerland. The starved ones all belonged to LUX and they believed in light and energy and a state of mind and body allowing them to eat just on light. All dead. So, this is what underpins my theory, without Input your balance is negative. With to much input the balance is positive. It's important to keep it in wage. No matter where the start is.
