Wonder why 254 and not 256, I bet they've saved 1 spot on each side in the code for some special entity?
- AngryData 3y agoI would of guessed for server administration and allowing someone to remote in without actually joining the game based on other game servers in the past doing something similar. But that is just pure speculation.
- gs17 3y agoIt could also be just one extra entity (maybe a "null" player for things like environmental damage?) and needing to keep teams even.
