It's hard to say, as Jira is so configurable that some people that dislike Jira don't really dislike Jira itself. They dislike customization their company put in, or didn't put in.
- igetspam 3y agoI used to feel this way but the cloud version seems to have gone the opposite direction in recent years. Don't get me wrong, there's still some complicated config you can do but my new gripe is that there are parts that are too limited.
