Then realize that the drivers butt is even lower to the ground, because you can't see the full seat, since it's blocked by the frame where the gullwing door comes down. So, that's maybe six inches off the ground? The driver can't see over the wheels in front of the car. The driver can't see over the dashboard or what little hood remains. And you'd have to squat that low every time you wanted to get into or out of the car. The original C111 is one of my favorite car designs on the planet. I once had a limited edition metal model that came in a carefully constructed display box. But I'd be terrified of this thing, if I could ever manage to swim or crawl into it. And if I was supposed to be the driver, I'd be terrified of chopping pedestrians off at the ankles.
