I personally found the opposite with office politics. People are a lot more comfortable being under-handed when they’re at a distance.
- HWR_14 3y agoI feel like more people are comfortable being underhanded at a distance, but those who are comfortable being underhanded in person are far less effective at a distance. So more total underhanded actions, but each action is significantly less worrisome.
- sublinear 3y agothe underhandedness has less of an effect in the dms and group chats. just saying. the working world has changed dramatically. I have seen all this crap backfire over the last few years. I guess I'm just lucky?
