Make sure you both get a salary to start. No point taking nothing, unless you plan on doing no work at the start?
- orbz 3y agoI agree with this sentiment but in this case if he’s paying his own salary he’d end up net losing on taxes. If he is going to pay, I’d consider it a loan to the company that will later be paid back with interest to be fair.
