Ya this sucks. They should have some sort of referendum of Apple users to determine if they want it. Instead of a few old dudes in Japan.
I buy Apple because I trust it's walled garden.
- _aavaa_ 3y agoThen you may continue operating only inside the walled garden. Apple providing functionality to allow side loading does not force you to side load apps.
- Keirmot 3y agoThat is a weird take. Just because people might want to use alternatives doesn’t force you to do the same. In the same vein, Google users can use multiple stores, but most just use Google Play.
