The question here is not about Youtube's algorithm being perfected or not, but about why they are having such an automatic censorship tool in the first place? They aren't doing anything illegal by not having the tool, which means they are doing it voluntarily, and since the tool is not perfect, Youtube itself can be more abusive than the copyright owners asking for takedowns. Google needs to stop this practice.
