Ask HN: What are the best books on AI available at the library?
I was reading a thread here on HN and saw a reference to this book.
https://www.amazon.com/Artificial-Intelligence-Approach-2-downloads-Artifical-ebook/dp/B092J75GML?keywords=artificial+intelligence+a+modern+approach+4th+edition&qid=1682811034&sprefix=artificial+intelligence,aps,100&sr=8-1&linkCode=sl1&tag=mmamzn06-20&linkId=f7c474e89e3398b572f576199e743e0a&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
I then checked to see if it was available through Libby, an app that permits downloading books through partnership with local libraries. It wasn't there.
Are there good, recent books available through public libraries? When I visit my local branch, almost all the (tech, usually programming) books are ten years old and so outdated it isn't worth reading them. But there must be seminal books on technology that are still relevant and freely available, right?
