- sp332 3y agoNot in China it isn't. (Not that China doesn't have any IP enforcement, but it's not the DMCA.)

- Twirrim 3y agoWhy would you expect US laws to apply to China?
- derefr 3y agoI believe you can use the DMCA to get importation of a violating product into the US restricted — which is, I think, what the GP is suggesting here.
