Depends on which country, city, telco, etc. If your area has low population then the back-haul could quickly be the limiting factor. Telcos generally under-provision to maximize their return on capex. AFAIK 5G is only tower to phone connection. The rest of the infrastructure determines your end-to-end speed and latency.
