When boomers are owning 2 houses and sometimes even a cottage, 2 cars at least, used to support the whole family with one salary, while millennials/Z are sharing the house and sometimes the room itself with others, work paychecks to paycheck, barely afford anything to live let alone to enjoy life, and at work corps try to force the same old cultures used before (made primarily for extroverts) on a generation that are mostly introvert and even text each other in the same house for anything that those jobs feel exhausting with energy deprived to work in such one, and we wonder why they are like that?! Shocker!
There are ways to fix it, but none of them is democratic, because young ones can’t vote for their future while boomers are still able to vote, so they won’t vote for someone who will prohibits owning more than two properties, or force early retire for people beyond X age, and so on.
