This sounds truthy to me. Can anyone confirm, and also weigh in on whether uneven distribution of the moved mass might account for any of the missing orders of magnitude?
- londons_explore 3y agoUneven distribution is the entire effect. Groundwater is mostly under ground... And the center of mass of all the surface crust is hundreds of kilometres from the center of mass of all the world's oceans.
