MS Teams is a big pain in general. No matter where you use it from. I thought Cisco WebEx was terrible and there is nothing worse until some of our customers started using Teams. Couldn't believe there could e something even worse. Now I try very hard to avoid using in meeting with customers and such. Just not worth the time and nerves and loss of privacy.
