Good to get some validation that I seem to be mostly doing it right: - I meet every two weeks which seems to be working for us. - We rarely discuss sprint related work (team/process stuff does come up) mostly around vacations or other HR related stuff (reviews, etc), feedback from me (usually a 'good job' (since they are doing a good job!) - We replaced all of our team meetings with a daily syncup https://www.honeycomb.io/blog/standup-meetings-are-dead/ We do seem to be missing some depth in grooming/planning, so I might try some smaller team/epic related meetings Lastly I packed all of my 1-1s (including mine with my manager, we meet weekly) into Monday and Tuesday mornings, it's very busy those two days, but I feel I've freed up a lot of time in the rest of the week.
