- andsoitis 3y agoWhat for? What are you trying to prevent? Or what deleterious outcome do you foresee with AI? How sure are you you know what is likely going to happen? What are the unintended consequences of your regulations? Who will follow "guidelines"? Where, geographically, will these regulations be applicable? What about outside that realm?
- joshuawitzer 3y agoI was reading a news article where embryos can be generated by mutating stem cells from any body part.
