If people aren't willing (or able) to move, then we're back to the WFH vs office argument. We're also damaging the real estate market as people won't necessarily up sticks and move for a job anymore. After much pain, I've come to the realization that one only buys when job switches don't require a move or into retirement.
Does this mean that much of the country won't have tech jobs? Or, will they be where the WFH people relocate to have space to breath. Some people like the city, but not everybody.
