GP is pointing out that it's hypocritical to expect to be paid for open source contributions and at the same time pay nothing to upstream projects.
- NotMichaelBay 3y agoBut they're saying that it's also hypocritical to release commercial software and expect people to pay you without contributing anything to upstream open source projects.
- pydry 3y agoGP thinks wanting to be able to eat and pay rent is hypocrisy if you release open source software that depends on open source software.
