Can I ask what dose you take, and also whether it has caused any issues with hypoglycemia?
- EdSharkey 3y ago500mg twice daily, but I usually forget in the morning and take 1000mg before bed. At least for my body, the troubled GI side effects faded over time. I never noticed any lightheadedness or fatigue by it unless I overdosed. But as I mentioned, I never changed my lifestyle and eat America-sized portions, so I suspect there's plenty of sugars and energy sloshing about and all systems have power.
