Utterly appalling, and sad to hear. Even in a progressive metropolis like Los Angeles, bigots lurk in positions of power undermining values of equality and equity everywhere. Glad to see them called out publicly, though in my opinion this warrants a thorough internal investigation into the company culture at their former firm, if this kind of behavior was regularly tolerated.
