It seems everyone has forgotten the point of writing your own tools.
It would take some serious effort making the gui usable for others, effort cleaning up my code for review and last but not least it should have at least some documentation. It even had buttons for functionality that either isn't implemented or behaves oddly but it is just for me, I can use it just fine.
Or say: I need a static phone app with a bunch of family recipes, an index, each one a shopping list and a start button that counts down for each task involved. It should have pictures of grandma, ideally with the dish. That I have to do that from a website is just silly. It should work for 1000 generations without payments or reviews and have access to nothing outside the app.
If you think the prison computer is a great platform to migrate all our things should you be entitled to an opinion? It seems like one doesn't want to have any? People need to experience more platform shitification or the platform ripped from under your feet. It just happens, everything starts out nice. Enough of that and you will see the point of languages or protocols that lack an all powerful ruler "protecting", even a benevolent a creative visionary may eventually make place for a simplistic money man.
