- opello 3y agoIt sure does. I was frustrated to see the lawyer roll over on the "shrink wrap EULA" (I guess click wrap in the story) when it seemed like last I'd heard about those things they were pretty shaky. It'd be interesting to hear a legal analysis of the few points they talk about. Edit: Casual searching suggests my impression is exactly wrong add these agreements are enforceable. What a world.
