That is to say, relevant in a sense that Google never found a way to deal with all the exploits of SEO and things like link building are just too powerful and can topple small players into oblivion.
I do think that Google tries to reward people with visitors but it doesn’t want to give up the grip that some of these big publishers (such as CNET) have.
These days every major publisher is an expert in every single niche where the affiliate revenue for a sale is at least $5…
