- artyom 3y agoGood analysis, bad conclusion. Instead of coming up with 20 years instead of 100 for software copyright expiration, why not "if you EOL it, its copyrights are automatically revoked"? Tell you why: because new Windows is just old Windows with a shinier skin on top.
