I'm pretty sure it was just a browser plugin. So probably native code unlike nowadays when you can get proper 3D with WebGL.

- beebeepka 3y agoYes, it was a plug-in. The game was released simultaneously too early for WebAssembly, and too late for the masses who might have liked it
