This is just sick, sometimes being American disgusts me. The fact that solution is so cheap and the agency tasked with regulation is so captive to the industry is the epitome of what is wrong with the US. It would only be at most a thousand dollars to stop a type of crash that almost guarantees that people in cars die horrific deaths.
