- a_shovel 3y agoThe 'overweight' category starts at 25, 'obese' starts at 30, and 'extremely obese' starts at 35. It's an interesting coincidence how these natural divisions in human health line up so perfectly with convenient, arbitrary-looking multiples of five in this one numeric scale.
