So I suppose when commercial real estate investors are making boatloads, then that performance should be similarly attributed to local government policies? Just making sure causation’s arrow is getting pointed consistently around here. Otherwise, I’m wondering if some of the investments made by these titans of capitalism possibly turned out not to be very good, uh, investments.
